Ancient Tree Golden Tips Black Tea (Dian Hong)

Yunnan black tea, famously known as Dian Hong, is renowned for its malty, rich flavor profile. Dian Hong is categorized into various grades, with the inferior grades comprising fragmented leaves, whereas the superior grades exhibit dark leaves adorned with an abundance of golden tips, indicating their high quality.

This exceptional tea is meticulously hand-selected from the delicate, downy buds of ancient tea trees thriving on Jing Mai Mountain, which stands at altitudes spanning from 1,100 to 1,662 meters. The finest buds undergo a meticulous, traditional processing technique to retain their exquisite appearance.

Upon brewing, the tea emanates a delightful bouquet of floral, fruity, and honeyed aromas. It produces a vivid, clear golden liquor with a smooth, robust taste. Its flavor profile is characterized by notes of malt, sweet potato, chocolate, and honey.

Optimal Brewing Temperature: Around 90°C to 95°C (194°F to 203°F) for the best taste experience.
